What is Afterpay?
Afterpay offers simple instalment plans for Australian online shoppers , allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. Simply shop with us and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you by us. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise Afterpay will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight.
You do not need to register prior to making your first Afterpay purchase. Once your first order is approved, your Afterpay account is created. All you need to do is visit www.afterpay.com.au to set up a password, and you will be able to make more purchases using Afterpay by simply entering your log in details upon checkout.

Afterpay terms and conditions?
Afterpay is valid for purchases up to $1000
Payment is arranged between you and Afterpay
First time Afterpay customers are expected to make the first payment at the time of the purchase and the remainder will be debited over the next 6 weeks
Existing Afterpay customers will make the first payment after 14 days, with all instalments stretching over 8 weeks in total
Afterpay will provide you with the full payment schedule as you complete the purchase (late fees apply if you fail to make a payment)
If you make a return, ZASSI COLLECTIVE will issue store credit and you are still expected to complete your payments with Afterpay
Can my delivery be sent to a PO Box?
We do accept PO Boxes or Locker Boxes for Australian orders only.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order on the Australia Post via website http://auspost.com.au/track/
What if the item I am interested in is sold out in my size?
Our items can sell out within hours and we are not always able to restock them. You can sign up to our email notification list by selecting request restock and entering your email address on the item & size you would like to purchase. If this item is restocked you will receive a restock notification email. For more information or an estimated restock date please email firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I use my Store Credit/ Promotional Codes/ Discounts or Gift Voucher?

3. If your credit covers your total cart amount you can then place your order. If your total amount is more than your credit you will then need to also select Credit Card or PayPal to pay the remainder.
Do I have to register an account to order?
Yes you must register an account in our customer data base to make an order. This way if there are any issues regarding your order or if you need to return an item, all of your details are already on file. PLUS! Creating an account with ZASSI COLLECTIVE allows you to purchase items, manage your shopping cart, create your wish list, and receive our newsletter! Are your clothes true to size?
Most of our clothes are true to size however there are variations every now and then, depending on the supplier. We always try to specify if something runs a little small or large. On each product we list the size of the model and what she is wearing along with a recommendation e.g. go up one size. To see Sizing Information just click HERE. When I try to track my order there are no available details?
You will receive a tracking email as soon as we despatch your parcel. If you haven't received a tracking email, be sure to check your junk mailbox or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer refunds?
Our store policy is that we do not refund unless in the case of faulty items, in this case we assess the item & replace or refund the product. Otherwise, we offer returns for store credit. Can I place an item on lay-by or Hold?
Sorry, we do not do lay-bys. Orders need to be paid for in full at the time of checkout.

It’s possible the email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us straight away at email@example.com with your Full Name you placed the order under.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours or the following business day if purchased on the weekend or public holiday. Please note during sales or high order volume times estimated dispatch times may vary.
Is there any warranty on the product I purchase?
All product is covered by a 3 month warranty however this does not cover wear & tear or mis-use of the product. All manufacturing faults are covered under this warranty. Warranty will be void if the care instructions are not followed or if this product has been damaged due to mis-use. Not sure if you’re covered? Can I return a sale item?
