We are here to spoil you and of course we hope you love your purchase, but we understand that mistakes happen when you can’t try the garments on before buying. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only.
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products
Customers who received an Item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if this has occured before sending the item back.

- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving the order.
- Clothing will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any ZASSI Collective hangtags, attached.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY.
- Please return shoes within its box in a postage bag, the box must be received in original condition.
- Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: swimwear, intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, cosmetic/beauty products.
- It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
- Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
- Postage must be covered to send the item back to us
Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
RETURNS FROM AUSTRALIA

Complete the form and send it to us along with your return.
- Postage must be covered to return the item/s back to us
- Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email regarding your store credit & how to use it
- For a full price return (orders not using a discount code or store credit) we will send you a store credit of the item(s) returned plus a standard postage credit $4.95AUD (ie. if your returned dress is $50 AUD, we will provide you with $54.95 AUD credit).
- For returned item/s with a value over $150+AUD you will automatically receive free standard postage on your next order.
- Orders placed using Afterpay - once we receive your return you will be issued with a store credit for the final price of the item/s. The Afterpay instalments will continue to be captured until the order has been paid in full.
If you do not have access to a printer, you may also simply include your original paper invoice that came with your order. We need some way to identify the return as yours otherwise there can be major delays with processing your return.
If using the original ZASSI Collective packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.
