FAULTS & FAILURES
There is a major failure with a product when: you would not have purchased it had you known about the problem/it is significantly different from the description/sample or demonstration you were shown/it is substantially unfit for its normal purpose/it is unsafe.
For purchases with major failures you may reject the goods and get a refund or an identical replacement.
Minor failures include small problems with products that do not fit into the major failure categories, for example, loose threads on clothing.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund for sizing, fit, change of mind, or returns. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
If you have a minor problem with a product, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund. If we have misrepresented the product or provided an incorrect description, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement product, a store credit, or refund.
PURCHASES & PAYMENT
Customers must provide ZASSI COLLECTIVE with complete and accurate details when making purchases. ZASSI COLLECTIVE is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase or returned goods. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.
All of our prices are in AUD, ZASSI COLLECTIVE is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers’ banks.
Customers will receive an invoice confirming the order once ZASSI COLLECTIVE receives payment either through Credit Card, PayPal or Afterpay.
ZASSI COLLECTIVE reserves the right to change or alter the prices of goods on the Website without notice to the Customer, unless the Customer has submitted an order at a stipulated price, in which case there will be no change in pricing.
You may opt to have your payment processed through PayPal. Upon checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where a payment method can be selected. It is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account to shop with ZASSI COLLECTIVE.
Once ZASSI COLLECTIVE receives payment, you will be emailed an invoice confirming the order. Some orders may be subject to fraud checks by the ZASSI COLLECTIVE Customer Care team. The Customer may be asked to provide additional identification or information to verify the transaction.
Payment or debiting of your credit/debit card will be completed when you accept to complete the transaction at checkout ZASSI COLLECTIVE uses the Shopify Online Payment Gateway for all online credit card transactions. Fat Zebra is a PCI-DSS Certified Gateway. Your credit card number cannot be viewed by ZASSI COLLECTIVE or any third party.
We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If your transaction is flagged in our system (suspected fraud), we will check your order by phoning you on the given number or email to ensure that the purchase has been made by the credit card holder. If we find anyone trying to use another person's details, ZASSI COLLECTIVE will report all transaction information to the Australian Federal Police and banking authorities.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays in Queensland, Australia.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are intended as an estimate only and are subject delays.

After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract.
Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by ZASSI COLLECTIVE. In addition, ZASSI COLLECTIVE reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders.
ZASSI COLLECTIVE reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason at any time. If an order is rejected, the Customer will be contacted and refunded in these cases.
ZASSI COLLECTIVE is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience you may face as a result of a cancelled order.

All sales products are available while stocks last and are subject to change without notice. The most up to date prices will be listed on the website. Discounts exclude sale items, beauty products, belts, blankets, stockings, jewellery, headwear, homewares, and gift card categories. For instances where discounts are applicable to sale items, beauty products within the Sale category are excluded. Sales are not valid in conjunction with other coupon codes.
For spend and save type deals, discounts are applied at checkout. The advertised discounts will only be applied to eligible items in your cart, but you may reach spend thresholds with items not eligible to the promotion.
Any abuse of offers, as determined by us at our sole discretion, may result in the rescission of promo codes or gift cards, cancellation of orders, as well as the inability to participate in current or future promotions. Promotions are subject to modification or termination at any time without notice at our sole discretion.
Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. ZASSI COLLECTIVE does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note ZASSI COLLECTIVE does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact DHL Express & your local customs office.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
